Our goal is to increase our original core business, (footwear) and leverage our expertise into other emerging markets; military, athletic, medical, detention centers, protective equipment and weaponry. Our current projections indicate a compound growth rate of 10% per year, supported by a realistic infrastructure.

Our goal is to employ people with a proven track record that includes: The ability to work effectively with others in Emtex, deep knowledge of engineered textiles, excellent relationships with customers and be a self starter. An action plan and a set of metrics will be established for each person.

Develop sophisticated financial models to improve our sourcing, pricing positions and expenses.

Utilize appropriate technology to enhance performance, improve quality, access markets, streamline deliveries and competitive pricing.

Develop strategic alliances to also include joint R&D ventures with the purpose of developing patentable products.

Acquiring companies that mesh with our current corporate mission.
