EMTEX CoolMax®
Dupont's CoolMax® lining fabrics outperform polypropylene, silk, nylon, polyester and cotton in their ability to wick moisture away from the foot creating a cool, dry comfortable shoe. CoolMax® provides "life of the shoe" performance. It will not wash out over time.
EMTEX Prima-Suede™
Prima-Suede is a soft, breathable, durable 100% sueded polyester lining that adds comfort and style to shoes and boots. Prima-Suede can be laminated to Foamtex for bulk and comfort, or combined with backers treated with SplashCoat, our discontinuous, heat-activated adhesive for manufacturing efficiency.
Special features include:
Protected with EN GARDE to help prevent growth of odor causing bacteria.
- Dri-Q finish to improve wicking
- Can be dyed to meet color requirements.
- Can be laminated to any foam or backer.
EMTEX Cordura® Interior Packages
Cordura Plus® knit linings are the world's first warp-knit fabric designed to produce the same wear-resistance and durability as Dupont's traditional Cordura nylons, but with the added characteristics of stretchability and softness.
These tough new abrasion-resistant linings by Glen Raven knits are manufactured with the Wickzz™ moisture management system to enhance moisture transfer away from the foot, and anti-microbial protection to prevent mildew and odors.
EMTEX Cordura Plus linings deliver the durability and comfort expected in high quality hiking, hunting and work boots as well as athletic shoes.
EMTEX provides Cordura Plus laminated packages designed to meet function-specific design requirements.
EMTEX Ultra-dry
Ultra-dry is a durable high abrasion lining made from 100% micro-fiber polyester.
