Goals
Our goal is to increase our original core business, (footwear) and leverage our expertise into other emerging markets; military, athletic, medical, detention centers, protective equipment and weaponry. Our current projections indicate a compound growth rate of 10% per year, supported by a realistic infrastructure.

Action Plan

• Assign a dedicated committed quarterback with responsibility and accountability to oversee the process.
• Leverage the knowledge and the need base of our current customers through focused interviews and off-site brainstorming sessions.
• Attract, maintain and develop talent to insure a cutting edge position. Our goal is to employ people with a proven track record that includes: The ability to work effectively with others in Emtex, deep knowledge of engineered textiles, excellent relationships with customers and be a self starter. An action plan and a set of metrics will be established for each person.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to improve our sourcing, pricing positions and expenses.
• Utilize appropriate technology to enhance performance, improve quality, access markets, streamline deliveries and competitive pricing.
• Develop strategic alliances to also include joint R&D ventures
